Eunice began her career in the hospitality sector, where she developed a strong foundation in service excellence, client experience, and professional conduct.

She later transitioned into the banking industry, spending nearly a decade managing electronic and digital banking channels. This role provided extensive exposure to highly regulated corporate environments and reinforced the importance of professionalism, consistency, and reputation management across both physical and virtual interactions.

Motivated by a desire to realign her career with her passion for professional presence and etiquette, Eunice became a Certified Etiquette Consultant through the Brazilian School of Etiquette. She currently serves as a Facilitator at the School of Etiquette, delivering training in corporate etiquette, executive presence, and professional communication.

Her work integrates corporate insight, cultural intelligence, and etiquette, enabling professionals and organisations to project confidence, credibility, and distinction across diverse business environments.
